SIMPLE SALAD DRESSING

Instructions:

1.  In a bowl using a fine grater, grate peeled garlic.

2. Add in olive oil and lemon juice. Grate the lemon zest, about 1 tsp. 

3. Add in salt and season to taste.

4. Vigorously mix for about 30 seconds, to create a slight thicker consistency than water. 

I think this dressing is so fresh tasting and can be used as dipping sauces for dishes like dumplings, steak, and tonkatsu. 

I would recommend using fresh garlic instead of the jar kind as the freshness of the garlic flavor really brings this dressing together.

Similarly, choose a high-quality sea salt to really mend the flavor.
